The present study was conducted with the aim of designing and validating a scale for measuring the quality of virtual education of professors from the students' point of view. This research is an applied research in descriptive-correlative manner. The statistical population of this study was all students of Bu Ali Sina University of Hamadan who participated in the evaluation of professors. The statistical sample size was 500 people who were selected by relative random sampling. The 15-item e-learning quality model was designed in five dimensions: educational strategies, educational content, evaluation activities, interaction and responsiveness, and effectiveness; Then, using statistical techniques of content validity ratio and confirmatory factor analysis, tool validity was reviewed and Finally, Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the tool. The results showed that the structure of e-learning quality model according to the content validity ratio (0.76) and confirmatory factor analysis that the value of goodness-of-fit index (GFI) is equal to 0.967, comparative fit index (CFI) is equal to 0.994 and adjustmented goodness-of-fit index (AFGI) equal to 0.924 and root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) equal to 0.052 was confirmed. The instrument also had good reliability with total Cronbach's alpha values (0.988).

The present study was conducted with the aim of designing and validating a quality evaluation tool for educational services based on the Servqual model. This research is an applied research in descriptive-correlative manner. The statistical population of this study was all students of Bu-Ali Sina University in Hamedan. The sample size was estimated using the Morgan table of 300 people. The samples were selected by simple random sampling. Based on the quality of service of Servqual, the model of quality of educational services of the university, 60 questions were designed in two main dimensions of perceptions and expectations in the 5-degree Likert scale; the validity of the tool was then evaluated using Content Validity and Confirmatory Factor Analysis techniques. Finally, Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the tool. The results showed that the structure of the quality of educational services quality of the university according to the total content validity (0.752), expectations (0.748) and perceptions (0.766), and confirmatory factor analysis, which explained the amount of variance explained by the whole model (GFI) Equal to 0.98 and error value equal to 0.202. Also, the tool has a suitable and desirable reliability with total Cronbach's values (0.92), expectations (0.903) and perceptions (0.933).

Cognitive Diagnostic Models (CDMs), are confirmative multidimensional latent variable models , with complex structure . In this study,Cognitive Diagnostic Models (CDMs) were used to check the status of first grade high school students in mathematics. Cognitive diagnostic assessment was administered based on eight main characters, consisting of 32 questions on a sample of 509 students, selected from students of Tehran based on a multi-stage cluster sampling. IRT models where used to determine the psychometric properties of the questions .Data analysis by using the DINA model in mathematics, showed that eight attribute explain the mathematics performance of first grade high school students. Results showed that the subjects were only mastered in one of the attributes and the least proportion of mastery was related to definition comprehension skills (0.494), mathematics advanced operations ( 0.498) and using learning in real problems.
